We marched in the Homewood High School Homecoming Parade. We marched in the Birmingham Veteran’s Day Parade. Now it’s time to finish our marching season with the Homewood Christmas Parade on Thursday, December 1. We will meet in the parking lot at the Homewood Library between 5:30 and 6 pm. Look for Cubmaster Scott Glenn’s truck.
The parade starts from the library and travels to City Hall. It it’s anything like last year then the parade will just end and we have to make our way back to our cars. Keep that in mind as you are looking for a parking place.
Bring some candy for your child to throw. Personally we are using leftover halloween candy that seems to keep multiplying at our house.
All Cubs should be in their Class-A uniforms and they should dress warm.
If you want to get into the spirit of the parade, join us tonight at the Scout Hut, Tuesday, November 29th at 6:30 to decorate the truck.
