The Webolos joined Troop 95 for the Vulcan District Camporee on February 18.  The rain did not hamper the competition.  Our Webelos did an impressive job in the competition considering it was their first time.  They tied knots, tethered and raised a flag pole, recited the Boy Scout law, and ran the stretcher race.  The most enjoyable competition was the string burn where they built a small fire to burn two strings.  The competition was done without the help of the parents.  The competition was not the only fun-filled activity.  Interacting and camping with the Boy Scouts was just as fun.
